This lambik was taken straight from a 6,000 litre foeder, originating from the Barolo region. This barrel held one lambik brew only, brewed on the 14th of January 2020. At the moment of emptying the barrel, this blend of five lambikken was almost four years and eleven months old. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
