With our Bright Pales we are aiming for a brighter showcase of hop character. We want to see how these aromas manifest with the backdrop of a cleaner less expressive yeast. Seeking bright citrus and tropical fruit, with a pairing of Krush, Citra and Mosaic with a clean body and low bitterness.
