Pours clear, dark amber beer with a red tone. Looks like rhubarb juice. Pretty, latte-colored, creamy head with some small bubbles here and there. Lasts long. Scent is interesting: fruit and berries, the most prominent is the distinct aroma of fresh strawberries, though strawberries are not among the ingredients. Taste is also sour fruity with berries, as well. Strawberry is not to be tasted, instead sourish grapefruit, some wheatbread and red currant, maybe also very faint banana looming in the shadows. Medium-bodied, holds nicely everything together. Finishes somewhat bitter, with remote nuance of blue cheese and being of medium duration. Palate is soft, round and easy, obviously due to wheat malts. Moreover, it's fruity and juicy, and reminds me of the lazy summer days.
