Solskinn is a Single Malt Single Hop IPA and is our ode to the Norwegian summer and the Sun. The beer is light and crisp and brewed with 100% Norwegian pilsnermalt from JærMalt and with abundant amounts of Cascade hops. JærMalt obtains its wheat from local sources and the malting is performed through traditional floor malting.
