We brewed this beer on a complex grist of extra pale, flaked oats, raw and malted wheat, and chit barley malts. As you can see, it's all very hazy. For the aromas, we laid a foundational tropical base with Amarillo and Sabro hops in the whirlpool, which we then amplified with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Enigma. Enigma?
