Yes!! Finally! My summer vacation starts. Six weeks, not a minute less!Β  πŸŒžβ›ˆοΈβ›±οΈπŸ”¨πŸͺπŸŒΈπŸŒ»πŸ§³ and of course 🍺🍻🍺 Let's dive straight to the wild end. Vintage 2018. Bottle share. Looks relatively clear, deep honey orange. Almost dead carbonation. No wonder, given the circumstances. A sour fragrance: peach and nectarine, mandarin and orange peel, wheat malt, a small injection of white wine, green apple, remote green gooseberry. Faint barnyard only. And a marginal leathery hint. The sourness hits like a million volts! Nectarine, apple, white wine, raw green gooseberry, wheat malt, a twist of wild yeast and distant leather. Nice but not overwhelmingly complex. The body rates light to light-medium. The finish is narrower than the actual taste experience but the dominant components remain unchanged. The mouthfeel is light, tart, puckering, juicy, pulpy and modestly funky. Astringent and drying. And vinous.
