Mild Cheddar is a tasty session beer with a rounded blend of rich, smooth malt flavours balanced with a light hop bitterness. Brewed using the highest quality Pale ale, Maris Otter, Chocolate and Crystal malts and hopped with a blend of English Challenger and Goldings whole hops. Available as a seasonal in April and May only in draught form and only direct from the brewery. Pre ordering is necessary.
