This cider looks lucid straw. Sparkling carbonation. A vague head that dies right away. Cloudberry is copious in the air. Faint sour apple in the background. The gustatory profile is more balanced between sour apple and cloudberry. Apple grows still more in the finish. Feels light, juicy, truly natural, a tad dry and slightly drying. Simple, yet very flavorful! ABV = 5%.
