Kermasta banaanijätskii kiiwillä 😋

Aikalailla NeIPAn näköinen Gelato-sarjan sour ale. Keltaista kiiviä ja banaania luvatusti, häivähdys vaniljaa ja olen maistavinani myös muita trooppisia makuja. Laktoosi pyöristää kulmat mutta kirpeyttä on ihan mukavasti. Odotin kyllä sellaista smoothie-tason runkoa mutta maistuu näin kepeämpänäkin.

A relatively foggy appearance. The color is milky yellow. Restrained carbonation. A pure white, moussy head can be observed at the level of two fingers. Short retention ensures a dense lace ring on the surface. Banana and pineapple in the air. Sure there's no pineapple here? Alright, alright. A bit of carambola and distant passionfruit join the show later. Banana and kiwi can certainly be detected in the flavor profile. Additionally, I'd say lemon, pineapple, passionfruit and carambola seal the deal for now. And a twist of lactose, absolutely. A soft fresh wheaty maltbase. The body is light. The finish is unchanged from upfront. Feels light, juicy, pulpy, tropical and somewhat creamy. I expected a superthick milkshake but it wasn't actually like that. Still, a flavorful piece.
