Juotava, melko kuiva sahti

Makeampaa sahtia. Ei ihan tuoreimmasta päästä.

Tommonen vähän kuparin värinen. Ihan täysin hiilihapoton liemi. Melko makia tuoksu. Vähän katajainen. Tässä on jännä sitruksisuus. Kyllä tämä sahdista menee mennen tullen.

More Sahti. Because I can. A commercial version from the supermarket. 😅 Looks rather foggy, medium-brown. Basically no carbonation or just a whisper since this may still develop marginally in the bottle. Soapy bubbles circle the top for a while. The scent is only modestly sweet-leaning, the components being malt, cereal, biscuit and orange peel. No banana... Let me taste. Sweet malt with fermented citrusy flavors. Blood orange, canned mandarin, banana, biscuit, cereal, hefty malt and juniper berry. Recognizable as a Sahti but somewhat heavy and closed in my taste. The body is medium. Ends surprisingly fast. Sweet canned citrusy. Feels medium, heavy, a tad closed and stuffy. Also soft, smooth and lip-glueing. "Ei nyt ihan kympin sahti".

Full and sweet body. Fruity and malty, very distinct apple flavor. Very good, has layers of flavors and manages to stay fresh dispite of fullness.

Samea on. Makea ja käymistä tuoksussa. Lempeää, makeaa, haopotonta, simaisaa maultaan. Luonnontuote, kerrassaan.

Sahtiahan se on. En o ikinä ollut sahdin ystävä, enkä ole edelleenkään, mutta maistuu sahdilta.
