Belle pétillance,forte en goût, mousse généreuse un peu trop sucrée mais ses 8° accompagnent bien l'ensemble.

Robe rubis voilée (35 EBC), forte pétillance, généreux col de mousse compacte rosé, assez persistant. Arômes et saveurs de cerise, légère acidité, amertume légère (21 IBU), les 8 degrés tout seuls. Un peu trop sucrée !
