Hazy, warm peach yellow beer. The carbonation is relatively bold. A generous fluffy head, four fingers tall, soon a messy soapy layer wafts on the top. The scent is amazingly tropical: honeydew, sweet clementine, papaya, vanilla, lactose and even a bit of marshmallow. Deep sweet, considerably sweeter than I anticipated. The taste profile merges the earlier sweet-leaning elements with bitter citrusy flavors. The sweetest edge has been cut off now. Raw cantaloupe, lime, grapefruit, a bit of tangerine and a hint of green gooseberry. The candy-like nuances have gone hiding at this stage. The body is light to light-medium. The finish abandons basically all the sweet and sweetish components and carries the mere bitter citruses to the finishing line. Even a grassy whisper echoes on the tastebuds. The beer leaves a light, zesty, a tad pithy, now distantly tropical but also marginally crisp sensation in the mouth. Refreshing. And a bit frothy. A solid piece although starts more promisingly than ends.
