This is a west coast style Pilsner. Quite different than my previous beer. I could smell the fruit as soon as I cracked the can. This is quite fruity/tropical that leans towards white grape, passion fruit with hints of pineapple and mango. Has a weedy dankness to it with hints of pine. It’s quite hoppy. Has just a touch of toasted white bread malt to it. Has a dry finish. As I finish I feel like I’m describing an IPA than a Pilsner. It kind of tastes like that too. It’s kind of like a light beer version on an IPA. I really liked it though. Very good for a non-traditional Pilsner. Canned 2/18/25. Last few beers have not a had a date on it. They should make it a requirement that a born on / best by date is listed for every can/bottle.
