Joy has a strong entry in the 2025 beer contest at SOTS. I love a good stout. Tall heavy dark head. Sweet aroma gives toffe and caramel. Reminds me of those chewy caramel squares that stick to your teeth. Medium texture, soft, not creamy. Taste is with the aroma. Plenty of caramel, a light toasted toffee, bring along some cocoa and coffee in the background. Very nice.
