Comme une NEIPA de Loire-Atlantique, 44. Deux brasseries pour un seul houblon. Le Nelson Sauvin se suffit à lui-même, quand il est bien travaillé. Et c'est grandement le cas pour cette recette qui conjugue les ingrédients avec équilibre et longueur. Très très bon.
