Une robe rose foncée et mousse claire. En bouche les fruits sont présent (framboise et rhubarbe) la tonka apporte de la rondeur. Encore un jolie produit 🍺

Jolie robe trouble rosée. L’acidité est présente mais raisonnable. On sent bien la framboise en bouche. Le tonka arrive ensuite en fond de bouche. Une bonne découverte 👍🏼

Je commence a apprécier les Sour. Robe rose et trouble, très forte carbo. Nez pétillant. Au goût, de la framboise et de l’acidité. Peu de sucre. J’aime bien, même si je méconnais encore un peu le genre.
