Kahvia/kahvipapuja,tummaa sulaa suklaata,mutakakkua,paahteisuutta, umamamia ja hieman puhdasta mallasta. Kypsytys tuo puhdasta bourbonia,tammea tynnyrin kyljestä,mausteista ja hieman alkoholin lämpöä.
