As it's s Bank Holiday - extended drinking times are official. I'm pretty sure that's what they were designed for. Show me a bad Arbor beer and I'll gently guide you towards the asylum. This is a pale ale combined with a Saison. Tangy, fresh, sharp and refreshing. It's not eye wincingly harsh - far more gentle, with balanced flavours of green cardamom and an undercurrent of coriander. Good stuff.

It's Good Friday in The Sally. The place is full and all's well in the world. It's cooler outside than we'd all like for Easter, but the fire is on and the beer is flowing like the conversation. This is a punchy little Saison with notes of coriander and cloves. It's fresh tasting and has zip and zing. Not too sharp and with a nice balanced flavour. A very quaffable beer despite its strength. Decent.
