Names after the immovable concrete rock that resides in the middle of our brewery. Stubborn Rock is an old school west coast IPA brewed with a medley of malts and punchy Pacific north west US hops. The result is a golden-orange beer that delivers potent flavours of marmalade, spruce tips and spice along with a suitable subtle lingering bitter finish.
