Arrived home after a day in The Smoke and I've decided to open something a bit different. For starters it's in a beautifully labelled 1 pint bottle (winner). It's a sour pale ale in the Grand Cru style which froths out of the bottle as soon as the cap's off. Strong on the nose. Tasting like beer and cider combined with spicy notes, hops and a tart finish. The bubbles hang about like champagne. You'll either love it or not. I'm a fan. Bottoms up!
