To showcase our seasonal BBA stout in unique ways, each blend is aged in a choice bourbon barrels, paired with local roasted coffee and whole exotic vanilla beans, then complimented with a touch of smoked malt to give this unique recipe the complexity and depth of flavour it’s known for. This year’s Balam is all about big chocolate, extra roast, and delicious coffee only mellowed by a sweetness from a vanilla and molasses finish.
