After Saturday's ride, my first outdoor beer this years, if rate after sauna occasions are not taken into count. Almost bright yellow, vividly bubbling beer with durable, sticky foam on top. Scent is to the real thing: coniferous, resins and grapefruit. Taste follows the same line: piny resins, coniferous plus grapefruit peel and pulp. In the finish something sweet, I am unable to get hold what it is, but pleasant finishing touch. Good beer.
