Traditional style bitter brewed using England's oldest hop variety, Fuggles. This beer also uses the 60-year-old malted barley variety Maris Otter to create a beer that was typical of that era in terms of being dark and malt driven. Brewed to celebrate our 230th anniversary, paying tribute to the founder Anna Maria Mauldon.

Decent drink and a good session ale. Same details as before. Enjoyable drink, smooth and easy drinking. Very quaffable

Decent drink, like a good old fashioned bitter. Malty aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Malty taste with a nice fruity note. Slightly bitter finish but enjoyable. Smooth and easy drinking session ale especially at the abv
