This power bomb displays limpid, deep gold. Reasonable carbonation builds a soapy off-white head that climbs one finger high. The foamy cap is astonishingly long-sustained.
The fragrance gives intensive pale malt, Belgian yeast, grassy hops, grapefruit peel, orange pith and a modest alcoholic tang. A promise given... of something strong.
Whoaah... the taste is really intense. And alcoholic. Pale malt, biscuit, grass, grapefruit peel, hops, a dash of yeast. Rather tangy.
The body is medium-full to full. The finish underlines the grassy hops and alcohol medley. The first encounter is edgy but the impression eases down gradually the more I drink this. I wonder why...
The beer leaves a full, strong, tangy, alcoholic and pithy sensation behind. Belgiany – a little. Takes several sips to get used to the flavors. Then it's okay.
