Приятный эль. Брют IPA с виноградным соком. Приятно. Аккуратная белая шапочка над мутным напитком соломенного цвета, есть перляж, прикольно. Аромат смолы и цельной грозди белого винограда "Киш-миш" или "Дамские пальчики". Глоток сухой, как и положено. Вкус хвои, смолы, белых персиков и, в самом конце, кислинка белого винограда. Горечь не высока, всплывает в конце глотка, накручиваясь на виноградные мотивы. Из минусов - всё это великолепие быстро улетучивается, вторая половина бокала явно скуднее. A nice ale. The sip is dry, as it should be. The taste of pine needles, resin, white peaches and, at the very end, the sourness of white grapes. The bitterness is not high, it emerges at the end of the sip, twisting on grape motifs. Of the minuses - all this splendor quickly evaporates, the second half of the glass is clearly poorer. P.s. The name of the beer translates as New Year's resolutions.
