This Irish Red Ale has a malty backbone created from the use of Maris Otter, Munich and Light Crystal malts, with a small addition during the mash stand of Roasted Barley. Hopped with East Kent Golding hops to give a subtle yet distinctive spicy and subtle earthy note to this light red ale.
