Smells floral and sweet, tastes like a gose but with an apple and custard flavour too. So refreshing and balanced. This would be a fantastic summer sipper or a between courses palate cleanser. Nothing overpower, just gentle flavours and aromas, nothing unnatural either. Cracking beer!
