Hazy, light copper beer with standard carbonation. One-finger, soft creamy head emerges on top and adorns it long. Scent entails sweeter caramel and cookies as well as more sour grapefruit. Tastes soft caramelly grapefruit, accompanied by a nutty note and remote taffy fudge. Medium body. Finishes with caramelly citrusy and nutty aftertaste of short to medium duration. Mouthfeel is medium crisp, easily approachable, a bit closed.
