Well I learned something today. I’ve had a lot of hazy IPA’s over the years where I wasn’t crazy about the taste. I even thought in some cases they were beers that went bad. This is one of those beers. What I have been informed is that this has a snake fruit taste. I am not fond of this taste. It’s not the worst thing in the world but I’m far from crazy about it. At least I know now what that taste is going forward and I can note it in my description. Bitterness is light. Seems a bit sour. Finishes dry.
