To end my off the wall night I went to this one. This has a pretty predominant maple taste. Then add in some sweet honey, raisin, toffee and some sweet biscuity and toasted malt. Has some very light earthy and floral hops that add some bitterness to counteract the sweetness. I was expecting this to be a one sided super sweet beer. Instead I find it is complex that is sweet but not overpoweringly sweet beer. A very pleasant surprise.
