SOUR IPA with an interesting selection of fruits, providing a blend of tropical flavors and a notable sweetness. The beer was fermented using Philly Sour yeast, which also acidifies during fermentation, resulting in a clean and fruity sour beer. At the very end, Mosaic Spectrum hop extract was added, giving the beer a full spectrum of hoppiness that perfectly complements the beer's fruitiness.
