American hops give an intense hit of mango and peach with an underlying delicate orange and banana character. Clean, neutral, bready malt with a touch of sweetness. Simcoe and Citra Hops. Pours with a distinct haze. Unfiltered, unfined, unpasteurised. Drink Fresh. Serve Cold. Brewed at St Ives Brewery in collaboration with Seven Stars, Penryn, Cornwall.

It pours a very hazy, golden colour with a very thin, white head. Aroma is fruity with tropical and stone fruits. Flavour is of bready malts with hints of citrus and stone fruits. Bittersweet.
