Ice Cider is always an interesting acquaintance. Hope this doesn't let me down either. My fourth of this rare style, by the way. This cider is limpid, deep rosé orange. Looks beautiful. The cider has no carbonation and, hence, no head emerges on the top. The scent is powerful, offering intensive apple mash, a good load of apple peel and apple jam. The flavor profile is extraordinarily sweet with bags of apple mash and apple jam. The taste is just like that of a dessert wine. A moderate sour element raises its head in the end, otherwise a similar sweet slam prevails throughout the journey. The mouthfeel is thick, full, sappy and desserty. A real slow sipper. Natural, autumnal. A 5 cl portion as a dessert or a coffee accompaniment is well enough.
