Lemon amber coloured brew with a lively pour and a hoppy aroma. The cryo citra is noticeable and galaxy spectrum bringing stone fruit, and there's a hint of white grape, possibly from the unnamed HBC 586 hop. Nicely carbonated in the mouth and a pleasant soft fruit taste with a fair amount of hoppiness. I consider cyro as cheating but there's no denying it's an efficient way of getting hip flavour into your brew, and it's probably more justified using it for an alcoholic free beer. The blend of citra and galaxy is nice, it's very soft, and this brew has a dry finish. Peach, mango, apricot, satsumas and green hoppiness flavours are constant and quite acute, which I attribute to citra cyro. It's a good beer, and I'm not keen on Overtone based only on one beer I didn't like. But this brew is pleasant, fruity and hoppy, clean and you wouldn't guess it's alcohol free.
