Imperial stout aged 26 months in a blend of 5 year and 7 year Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and conditioned on dried banana, raw coconut, toasted coconut and a blend of Ugandan and Madagascan vanilla beans. For this variant of Circle, we started with the same double mash imperial stout aged 26 months in a blend of 5 year and 7 year Heaven Hill barrels and then conditioned it on exuberant amounts of house toasted banana and coconut, raw coconut and a 50/50 blend of hand processed Ugandan and Madagascan vanilla beans.
