Now this is truly dark. This has a dark roasted malt, medium licorice with vanilla, bakers chocolate and some light caramel taste. There is a little fruit but I can’t put my finger on it. This is kind of sweet with a light bitterness. Yummy. Scary at 10.2 % as you cannot detect the alcohol.

Aroma: With this beer it’s a variation of hops (some of the fruity elements), roasted malts, liquorice, dried prunes & dates. Taste: Dark roasted malts, still fairly smooth with a fruity orangey sweetness. Touches of coffee, caramel, & liquorice.
