Enjoying the week off so I figured to have a nice sipper today. This has a dominant bourbon taste with some very light oak, chocolate/cocoa and hints of vanilla. Medium+ thickness. Overall it is a good bourbon barrel. There are definitely better out there. It is a little too bourbon-y if that makes sense. If the other aspects were amplified a bit it would greatly improve this one. Still pretty good.
