Brerliner Weisse with raspberries. Part of the Small Batch Brews range. Brewed with Maris Otter pale barley and wheat malts, raspberry puree, Magnum hops and St Austell brewery's own yeast and wild Bretannomyces Bruxellensis yeast, Lactobacillus Delbrueckii.

Seriously struggling with this one. This style of beer is far too sour for my palate. I just don't get them, but appreciate that other people may like them. There is a subtle hint of raspberry after getting thru the sour hit on the tongue.
