What exactly this is I'm not sure. Says a Gose but then sort of admits it's totally different! What is for sure is that it's complex. It tastes salty, sour, then sharp with fruit and mellow with slight caramel finally finishing with a zesty (lemon?) bitterness. It's not one for the faint hearted that's for sure and I personally really enjoyed it. Like an wheat beer balsamic soy sauce 😜
