An IPA from a range of Ruhstaller brewed with hops from a distinct region. This version is brewed with Cascade hops from the Kuchinski hop ranch and is excellent.

God, this is good. Bubbles and soapy hops fill the mouth - dancing across your tongue like waves of froth. A really good IPA with a sophisticated flavour. Zen like.
