Shiplap: the modern farmhouse design staple, inspires the modern farmhouse funk in beer form, we present an IPA made with a wild yeast. It’s hoppy, funky and sour, with notes of peach and grapefruit. You may recall we made a couple versions of this beer years ago, and since they got a lot of love and Shiplap never goes out of style we thought it was time to bring it on back.
