11.0% Imperial Stout
We have teamed up with our Dutch pals Frontaal to brew an insane 10 hour long boil imperial stout that is thicker than tar Itself! Five different malts give body and a deep, rich, chocolatey backbone. Our adjunct at play is a huge helping of pecan nuts which we roasted ourselves on brewday - this beer is Top of the Pyramid!

Full and sweet body. Sweet dark malts on the body added with some downtoned plum marmalade. Aftertaste adds distinct milk chocolate, not much more. Holds its alcohol really, really well, wouldn't believe the percentage without it written on the can. A bit too plain for me, especially when advertised as riped beer.

Kelpo jälkkäri kaapin perukoilta. Kuivaan kääntyvä, sopiva makeus ja paahde. Paksuhko. Näillä volteilla helppo.
