Nihkeä vai sympaattinen kotiolut? Hiiva elelee ja puskee pullon suusta höytyviä.Maussa jotain likaista, mutta aromaattista. Parin isomman huikan jälkeen maistuu hienosti. Kompleksinen.

Samea, sekava, outo. Humalia riittää ihan mukavasti, mutta lopputulos on hieman kummallinen totku. Väri rot bierin mukainen.

Raikas ja hiukan tervainen. Menee jokseenkin janoon, ei oikein lämpimänä. Makea ja hiukan tervainen jälkimaku.

Hyvä maukas mallasjuoma, kevyen paahteista ripauksella toffeeta. Mallas pääosassa. Taidokas olut ja erinomainen mallasjuoma. Tämä panimo osaa hommansa.

A new beer by Valhalla Homebrewery, brewed actually at UG Brewery. This is a Rotbier. Looks misty copper. The carbonation puts Lederhosen on and starts frolicking. A soapy off-white head decorates the surface up to three fingers. The foamy lid melts quickly to a messy lace ring and leaves multiple tiny patterns on the glass. Grainy malt with a smoky wisp and graham cracker float in the air. That's it. The gustatory profile provides the same. A small injection of dried apricot and a drop of resin can also be spotted on the tongue. The body is light-medium. The end carries on the grainy and cracker malt punch as well as resin up to the finish. The mouthfeel is light-medium, somewhat intense, slightly crisp, husky and drying. But also lip-glueing. Classical. This is not the second Valhalla Homebrewery beer for me. They both have been ungimmicky and reasonably characterful.
