Joulukalenterista saatu jouluolut, hyvä sauna olut, hedelmäinen ja lopussa hieman kirkerä, mutta jälkimaku on hyvä.

Joulua tässä vain punertava väri. Muuten aivan mainio olut, hienosti humaloitu, raikas ja rapsakka.

Four days to Christmas. Hard to believe when you look outside. Anyway, time to crack open a Christmas beer. The appearance is lucid chestnut brown. Clearly reddish. Bold carbonation. A fluffy creamy head shoots three fingers high and descends sluggishly to an impressive lace ring and haze on the surface. The scent is amberish: caramel malt, multigrain bread, oat cracker, a bit of syrup and a faint grassy hint. The taste makes the grassy hoppy sector a tad bigger, involving also a wink of resin. Otherwise, the caramel, malt, bread and syrup can also be found on the tongue. The body is light-medium. Not bad. The end is identical to the actual taste. The sensation is light-medium, effervescent, dry, marginally drying, savory and wintry if not exactly Christmassy though. Still, exceeds my expectations 👍🏻
