This is supposed to be an Italian style Pilsner. This has a sourdough bready malt with light+ lemon. Has some earthy hops giving it a little bitterness. Overall this just doesn’t mesh well together. Has a funky taste that I think you have to taste to truly understand. On another note I just don’t understand why American micro brewers find it necessary to have lemon in their pilsners/lagers. I have had a few good ones with the lemon but most are better following a true traditional style.
