I expected this to be a citrus bomb but it is far from it. It has light lime, grapefruit with a hint of lemon to cover the citrus. It also has some light tropical fruit that leans towards pineapple, cantaloupe with a little hint of papaya as it warms. Has an almost medium hoppy bitterness. It even has a hint+ of malt. Overall a very well done DIPA. My only complaint is it has just a touch of an alcohol taste towards the end as it warms. Really shouldn’t happen for an 8% er. Minus .1 for that. Being critical tonight.
