Tin Foil Hat Series #09: Hollow Earth

When we visited the lovely village of Rivington, we kept wondering "is this still the same earth we walk on when at home?" It felt strange.
When Ben and Jack visited us in Helsinki, they asked the same question. "Is one or the other's brewery located in an interior world of hollow earth?"
While we tried to solve the mystery, we brewed some creamy underground crawler with Sabro HyperBoost and dry-hopped it with Riwaka and BRU-1.
Hops: Bru-1, Riwaka, Sabro / HBC 438

Comme une Hazy DIPA de Finlande.
Une collaboration entre deux brasseries que je découvre.
Et ça envoie du lourd.
C'est puissant en houblons.
Saveurs d'agrumes et de fruits tropicaux.
C'est onctueux, voire crémeux.
Et c'est un délice.

Au nez y’a du tropical et de la pêche.
En bouche c’est fruité, amer et épais. On dirait une milkshake. Elle est franchement sympas
