A collab with our new Canadian friends, Burdock. With both preweries being well versed on blending grain and grape, this sour pale was the perfect way to team up. Malts & oats fused perfectly with soft Italian white grape juice and finished off with dry hops Nelson Sauvin & Vic Secret.
