Time to polish off the last of the summer beers. The pour was hassle free with little or no foam but it looked quite thin and light.
Body is nice golden yellow, with a slight amber hue and a light haze. As already said there was only a tiny amount of foam and that dissipated very quickly leaving only trace amounts.
Scent is lovely, tonnes of orange and passionfruit with a very mild and faint malt in the background.
Mouthfeel is thin, but not overly light. It is mildly crisp but shifts to a more juicy style and alot like a sour but carbonation diminishes rapidly.
Taste is very nice, very juicy upfront with a soft sweetness, sort of mandarin taste. This intensifies alot and shifts to the blood orange. Before this becomes too harsh, the passionfruit rolls in bringing enough sweet and sour to strike a balance but keep é everything interesting.
Very nice summer beer.
