So cool to brew a beer with the wonderful Masahiro from Uchu Brewing. This is a special IPA that is loaded with the superstars Citra and Mosaic both hot and cold side. The twist comes with a whack of Yuzu juice in the fermenter! We haven't held back. Expect huge citrus and tropical flavours with a slight tart citric note from the yuzu. This is very special. This is loaded.

Balanced, dry, juicy, fresh, smooth and easy to drink. Yuzu works really nicely.

Une robe jaune hazy et mousse blanche. En bouche les notes d’agrumes et de fruits tropicaux sont bien présentes, le yuzu rajoute une petite pointe d’acidité 🍺

Lovely beer, yuzu is well integrated so doesn’t overtake the beers flavour profile. Creamy smoothness, dried lemon peel and bitter pith finish. Relatively strong alcohol taste for a 6.5%. Classic Verdant, great drinking.
